Systems & CRM · n8n Automation

Connect your whole stack with n8n.

Digistartup's n8n automation service designs, builds and maintains custom n8n workflows that move data between your CRM, forms, ad platforms, spreadsheets and AI models, so repetitive admin runs itself. Every workflow ships with error handling, monitoring and documentation, self-hosted or on n8n Cloud.

What does an n8n automation agency do?

n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. It connects hundreds of apps through ready-made nodes, any API through HTTP requests, and AI models through built-in AI agent nodes. An n8n automation agency maps the manual work your team repeats every day, then builds reliable workflows that do it for them.

We use n8n when Zapier or Make become too expensive or too limited: high task volumes, branching logic, custom code, data you want kept on your own server, or AI steps in the middle of a process. Where a simpler tool is the better fit, we tell you.

What's included

Automation that is built to keep running

A typical n8n engagement includes:

Process mapping

We document the manual steps, owners and edge cases first, so the workflow mirrors how work really happens.

Custom workflow builds

Triggers, branching logic, loops and code nodes that handle the messy cases, not just the happy path.

CRM and app integrations

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets, Slack, Stripe and any tool with an API or a webhook.

AI-powered steps

Claude or Gemini nodes that enrich leads, classify requests, summarise calls and draft replies for review.

Hosting and security

Self-hosted n8n on your own server, or n8n Cloud, with credentials stored securely and access controlled.

Error handling and alerts

Retries, fallbacks and error workflows that alert your team in Slack or email before a failure costs you leads.

Migration from Zapier or Make

Existing Zaps and scenarios rebuilt in n8n, tested side by side and switched over without downtime.

Documentation and support

Every workflow is documented and handed over, with ongoing monitoring and changes if you want them.

Who it's for

For teams drowning in copy-paste work

Growing service businesses

Leads, bookings, invoices and onboarding moving between tools by hand every day.

Agencies

Client reporting, onboarding and fulfilment steps repeated for every account.

Teams outgrowing Zapier

Task bills climbing and logic too complex for linear Zaps or Make scenarios.

Operations and RevOps leads

Data that must stay in sync across CRM, finance and support systems without errors.

No pitch deck and no junior sales rep. You speak to a senior specialist.

How it works

How we deliver an n8n automation

  1. 01

    Map the process

On a discovery call and a short audit we list the manual steps, tools and failure points worth automating first.

  2. 02

    Design and quote

You get a written workflow design with triggers, logic, hosting and a fixed quote before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build in a staging setup, test with real data and edge cases, then switch on in production.

  4. 04

    Monitor and improve

Error alerts and run logs are watched, and workflows are tuned as your volumes and tools change.

Why Digistartup

Why teams choose us for n8n

Built for failure, not just the demo

Every workflow has retries, fallbacks and alerts, so problems surface before customers notice.

Platform-honest advice

We build in n8n, Make and Zapier, so we recommend the right tool rather than the one we sell.

You own the workflows

Workflows, credentials and hosting stay in your accounts, documented so anyone can maintain them.

One team for CRM and automation

The same team that builds your CRM builds the automations around it, so nothing falls between vendors.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What is n8n used for?

n8n is used to automate work between apps: syncing leads into a CRM, sending follow-ups, creating invoices, updating spreadsheets, posting alerts to Slack and running AI steps such as lead enrichment or ticket classification. It connects to hundreds of apps natively and to any other tool through its API.

How much does n8n automation cost?

Digistartup's AI and automation retainer starts from $3,200 a month, and one-off workflow builds are quoted as a fixed-scope project based on the number of workflows, integrations and edge cases. n8n itself is free to self-host, or you can pay for n8n Cloud. You get a written quote before any work starts.

Is n8n better than Zapier or Make?

n8n is usually better for complex logic, high volumes, custom code, AI agents and data you want on your own server, because self-hosting removes per-task pricing. Zapier is quicker for simple two-step automations, and Make sits in between. Our n8n vs Zapier vs Make guide compares them in detail.

Can you host n8n for us?

Yes. We can self-host n8n on a server in your own cloud account, with backups, updates and secure credential storage, or set you up on n8n Cloud if you prefer a managed option. Either way the instance belongs to you.

Can you migrate our Zapier or Make automations to n8n?

Yes. We audit your existing Zaps or scenarios, rebuild them in n8n, run both side by side to compare results and then switch over, so nothing breaks during the move.

Can n8n workflows use AI?

Yes. n8n has built-in AI agent and LLM nodes, so a workflow can call Claude, Gemini or other models to classify, summarise, extract data or draft replies. We add guardrails and human review where a wrong answer would be costly.

What happens when a workflow fails?

Every workflow we build includes retries and an error workflow that alerts your team with the failed data, so it can be fixed and replayed. On a support plan we monitor the alerts and fix issues for you.
